Low Cortisol Social Club is a curated coliving experience in authentic Ayvalık — where we rent local families' summer homes during the off-season and fill them with the right people, the right rhythm, and the right environment to actually live well while working remotely.
We partner with local Ayvalık families who leave their summer homes empty from October to May. Their beautiful, authentic homes become our guests' homes — with Mediterranean tile, olive wood furniture, sea views, and the smell of the Aegean through every window.
No notifications during sunset. No hustle culture allowed. The programme is designed around morning calm, focused work hours, long afternoon breaks, and evenings that make you forget what day it is. Your nervous system will thank you within a week.
Ayvalık isn't a resort town. It's where Turkish families with Greek roots have been fishing, pressing olives, and drinking raki since forever. You'll eat at places that don't have Instagram pages and buy vegetables from people whose names you'll remember.
Small groups — maximum 5–6 people per house. Intentionally chosen. Long enough stays to actually connect. Weekly dinners, shared experiences, and the kind of friendships that form when you're all genuinely present, not performing for an algorithm.
